WHO WE ARE
Spelt Bakery is your neighbourhood bakery. Since 2012 we have been producing and selling real food from our bake house located in Maori Hill. Our team of passionate foodies take the best quality and local ingredients and mix them together the old fashioned way, by hand with dedication, skill and love.
In 2023 we opened in Fairfield and in 2025 Mosgiel.
