We will be Closed for Easter break from 29th March and Reopening on Tuesday 2nd April at 7am.
Hot Cross Buns can now be ordered for either 26th, 27th & 28th March by the Dozen please use our online store to place your order.

Spelt Bakery on Highgate is your neighbourhood bakery. Since 2012 we have been producing and selling real food from our bake house located in Maori Hill. Our team of passionate foodies take the best quality and local ingredients and mix them together the old fashioned way, by hand with dedication, skill and love.
